Orville and Wilbur Wright could build their airplane with just a few helpers
in their shop. As airplanes became more complex, their design and manufacture
required the collaboration of hundreds of engineers, craftsmen and designers.

Approach, Methods and Tools
We help teams collaborate effectively on questions of strategy formation,
product and service design, and operational excellence. We employ web-based
collaboration tools, and face-to-face collaborative design sessions in
our facilitation approach. The web-based tools keep everyone connected
over long periods of time so that strategy, design and operations form
a continuum of interrelated work instead of seasonal flurries of effort.
We offer an annual package approach to the work that includes workshops
and web-based support for cycles of Strategy Formation, Planning and Design,
and Plan and Project Management. We have experience with hundreds of organizations
from the very large to the very small, from public companies to public
sector organizations to not-for-profits. Our principals have been engaged
in this type of work for eighteen years.

use a simple methodology to design and facilitate virtual and face-to-face

use project management tools and systems modeling tools to help our clients
see where they are and how their current and future systems work. We use
the Strategy Canvas and the Balanced Scorecard approach among others as
aids to strategy formation.
