Sente Corporation designed and supported a three-day session in which four teams which had been working for over a year on inter-related projects made significant progress. These teams working together in a collaborative setting could rapidly define and coordinate the interconnections between projects and they could get whatever authorization they needed because the decision-makers were working in the room with them. More progress was made in the three days than had been made in the previous year.

Sente Corporation facilitated a two-day session to design a client's plan for moving 500 employees from three existing sites into a single headquarter's builiding with as little disruption as possible. The team was responsible for scheduling the phased move around construction completion. In two days, the team coordinated the move of the people, furniture, equipment, data and telecommunications hardware and wiring into a twelve-week phased move that will require each employee to be out of the office for only a single day.
